No commitment necessary--this offering is to allow us to assess what work we can expect to accomplish together. Standard Rate (payment at time of service): $120 for the first hour, $40 per additional half hour for any combination of bodywork and advocacy services. All taxes included.
Billing Rate: (for bodywork only, due to insurance coverage limitations) $140 for the first hour billed to insurance, $40 self-pay for each additional half hour. All taxes included.
Tips: not at all expected, but any offered help me to provide lower cost care for those who need it. As I work with many chronically ill clients and the need is great for lower cost care, I'm considering setting up a 501c3 to manage donations formally. Please inquire if this is of any interest--I know you're out there.
Sliding Scale: yes--please inquire. I charge a relatively high fee so that I can afford to lower rates for those who need it. Don't be shy to ask what we can work out.

Blue Cross Blue Shield--not yet, but hopefully soon... I'm applying to credential with BCBS. This is a slow process but I could know by Spring 2026.
Health Savings Accounts/Reimbursements: If documentation will support you in seeking reimbursement from another insurance plan or through your HSA I'll be glad to provide it. I'll be working on having the ability to accept HSA card payments--let me know if you'd like me to speed up that effort.
Out-of-Network Billing: I'll soon be able to try billing out of network.
VA Benefits: I look forward to beginning to work with VA funding sometime in 2025--be in touch to let me know if you'll benefit from my speeding up that effort.
